Destination unknown

ClutchThis Productions – 2026 Ride

Destination Unknown isn’t just another ride — it’s a deliberate journey into connection.

After last year’s successful ride to the Arctic for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness, we heard story after story from people who wanted to talk but rarely had the chance. This year we’re slowing down, getting off the highways, and creating real space to listen.

On May 21 we’ll pull a mystery destination from a helmet containing 10 locations — all west of the Mississippi. Then we’ll find our way using nothing but water towers, road signs, and the kindness of strangers along America’s backroads.

The Mission

Last year taught us how widespread mental health struggles and suicide truly are. Almost everywhere we stopped, someone opened up about their own battles or the loss of a loved one. We listened as much as our brutal schedule allowed, but the distance and time crunch limited us.

This year changes that.

We’re building the entire ride around listening — giving people the time and space they deserve. No rush. Just real conversations on real backroads.

How the Ride Works

  • Random Destination drawn live on departure day (May 21) from a helmet with 10 possible locations
  • Zero modern navigation — No GPS, no maps, no interstates. Pure backroads America.
  • 6-Day Challenge to reach the mystery destination
  • Live GPS Trackers on both bikes so you can follow the adventure in real time
  • Focus on mental health awareness and meaningful human connection along the way

It’s Personal

Two riders choosing connection over speed. Trading interstates for backroads so we can stop, talk, and actually hear people’s stories.

Connection

This ride is about the people we meet along the way. We want to listen to their stories, share our own, and remind everyone that they are not alone.

For a cause

Mental health issues and suicide have reached epidemic levels, yet far too many people still suffer in silence. We’re not raising money this year — we’re raising awareness and starting real conversations, one mile and one person at a time.
